I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ocado Logistics (Luton, East of England, England) in Dec 2025
Interview
Ocado Logistics operate a friendly and easy recruitment process. I applied online and heard back 8 hours later to provide my right to work and driving license documents and details.
After that, I was invited for a site tour an an interview. The site tour for driving roles basically shows you the driver communal areas, the vehicle depot areas and a bit of the vehicle itself. A simple tour.
In my experince, there was six applicants including me and we were interviewed by a team manager one-by-one, so this was a bit of a wait.
The actual interview is very simple, it's more of a friendly chat to discuss your experience, your competency and for the company to get to know you.
