What previous experience do you have as a driver ?
I applied online. I interviewed at Ocado Logistics (Avonmouth, England) in Sep 2024
Interview
Unconventional but easy process via WhatsApp. Invited to tour and Q&A at Avonmouth where I expressed keen interest and asked relevant questions. However I was turned down by a generic automated email the next day with no reason given. I have requested feedback but still not received 3 days later. I feel like this is strange considering others experience on here, it felt very much like a shoe-in at that stage so I can not see why I would have been rejected. It seems like they enjoy wasting people's time! Not happy!
