The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at On (Zürich)
Interview
Phone call with HR, then Skype call with manager, receipt of a case study, followed by an in person, 3 hour interview to present and discuss the case study and meet some of the team.
Overall the people were quite nice, though there are two very important points of feedback for their hiring process:
- the On hiring process is immature. interviewers frequently mentioned how much they interview others and can seem insensitive. In this way they can stray a bit on the side of unprofessional.
- related to the first point, they string people along for far longer than they should. They have started to gain this reputation in Zurich (heard through hiring managers, and others that have interviewed there) and take many people all the way through a case study or too many interviews before dropping them at the very end.

Case study. Done at home. They said not to spend more than an hour or so on it, but let's be honest, you will spend much more if you want to produce something of quality.
