Interview
I had 6 interviews with Episerver, including a phone screen with the recruiter. The whole process seemed to go smoothly. I shared feedback after each call and the recruiter echoed my thoughts each time. I get to what I think are the final stages and the whole thing comes to a screeching halt with no word from anyone. Wound up having to reach out to the recruiter after week or so and she told me she would have more information soon. Fast forward another THREE weeks and I have to reach out to her again for an update only to get a response saying they are no longer interested in me as a candidate. After 5+ interviews with a company, a basic and timely e-mail or call would have been appreciated. Very unprofessional.
