I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Optimove (Israel) in Jul 2025
Interview
The recruitment process included a phone screening, an interview with the hiring manager, two interviews with senior-level staff, a panel interview, and an interview with HR. Overall, the experience was positive, with clear explanations provided for each step. My questions were answered throughout the process, and I even had direct access to the hiring manager while preparing for the panel interview. HR kept me informed and was very responsive.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Optimove (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
I had a first stage screening call with HR, then a call with the Hiring Manager and Team Members. Third Stage, presented a scenario and business plan presentation to Dir. & Hiring Manager. Final stage was meeting the SVP & HR Dir. in the office and follow up call to share feedback. The whole process took about a month but there was a bit of a delay preparing the offer, overall it was smooth and I was kept well informed. I was clear about my expectations and they were matched so considering the offer was simple. Overall, while there were a few stages (6/7 meetings in all) I got the offer I wanted and I'm very happy about it.
