The first stage of interview was a phone screen with one of the members of the recruitment team. The second phase was a phone interview with a person from the hiring department. The third phase was a phone interview with the line manager/supervisor of the position. After I have no idea about the next phases because they haven't given me any feedback and 1,5 month has passed since the last interview.
