Rude interviewer on the initial phone screening interview. Seemed like they had made their mind up already and were very quick to reject me on the phon when I said I didn't have direct Gen Z market experience... well the thing is research principles can be applied to all sorts of fields and markets.. clearly just looking for a reason to end the call as they've made their mind up on another applicant already. Tip - next time dont turn up late, it looks very unprofessional, and let the 15 minute interview at least finish. A decision should be given via email after, not half way through at interview... Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't consider applying for this company again.
