Popeyes UK interview questions

Had a group interview with avg 30 people, completed group tasks and went through a slideshow on expectations and history however all the interactions and activities in the session felt completely purposeless as we hadn’t introduced ourselves or wore name tags etc so there was no way of identifying who engaged well with others. We then were pulled in for a one to one interview in which I had to speak to someone who clearly could not understand English and there was a significant language barrier to the point he couldn’t even make notes on what i was saying which he was supposed to do so my interview became pointless. The only interview questions he asked was my availability which he didn’t understand what I was explaining I had to correct what he wrote down and also he asked if I would “stay until 2” referring to staying until 2am to help clean which I felt uncomfortable with and shouldn’t expected to do under 18 .

very organized and chill process, did not feel pressured to answer in any certain way and the interviewer was so patient and thoughtful. however the waiting took longer than expected but it was fair considering there was a lot of people ready to be interviewed
