Initial interview was pleasant and encouraging—told I seemed suitable and should prepare for further steps. Submitted video as requested, but then faced weeks of silence. Was told the first hiring day was full and would be advised soon about the second. Instead, received a rejection just two days before the second hiring day. This reflects poor planning and lack of respect for candidate time. Based on the sequence and tone, I suspect the rejection may not have been due to insufficient merit, but rather internal planning or quota constraints.I share this not just for myself—others may have gone through similar experiences but stayed silent. I strongly advise candidates not to invest time preparing beyond the first step until RS Group confirms the next-stage commitment. Transparency and timely communication are essential to a fair recruitment process.
