I interviewed at RS Group (Corby, Northamptonshire, East Midlands, England)
Interview
Good experience felt well prepared. Mainly giving examples of situations (competency interview). Some questions slightly overlapped I felt but overall ok. Also, excel test which was quite basic, filtering and making decisions.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RS Group in Jun 2021
Interview
Interview was very generic with a competency based section & 'technical' questions (For this role it was basic excel questions).
My interview was with 3 other people as they did not know who's section I would be working under. Despite this the interview flowed fine.
Though I felt the interview went okay, I did not receive a response despite asking for feedback on 3 seperate occasions and being told I would be sent some shortly. 2+ months later I received an automated rejection, saying the position had been filled or closed.
In the end I felt disappointed not to be provided with feedback from a renowned company such as RS, despite being eager to be employed by them.
