Straightforward process. Phone call with HR followed by a panel interview over zoom - but was mostly a friendly conservation. Asked about previous work experience and story ideas . Heard back with an offer soon after.

I rang up on the day and was invited to a group interview then afterwards two people were kept back to do a 1-2-1 interview with the editor then afterwards they rang you the following week and told you who got the job
