I had a couple of Teams meetings, 1 with a manager (not the hiring one), 1 with a lot of my would-be peers, and 1 on the phone with HR. They were all very informal. The one with my would-be peers (I think the invite had at least 10 people on it) was not very coordinated (as in there weren't a list of questions each person asked, it was surprisingly informal).
