Stage 2 – Experience Deep Dive
A detailed discussion focused on previous projects, ways of working, successes, key learnings, company culture, and the challenges associated with the role.
Stage 3 – Onsite Presentation & Case Study
An onsite assessment involving a presentation and case study, delivered to the Hiring Manager and COO.
Overall, the process was transparent, engaging, and gave me a clear picture of both the opportunity and the people I'd be working with
