Relay Technology (UK) Warehouse Operative interview questions

I went in for a trial shift after applying for a zero-hour role that advertised flexibility and the ability to choose your own shifts. Right before the trial started, I was told I wouldn’t be eligible because I could only work 2 days a week, they said they needed someone who could do 5–6 days, which completely contradicts the job posting. Despite this, they still had me complete a “paid” trial shift, but I received no follow-up afterwards and wasn’t paid on the day they said I would be. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend relying on the flexibility they promise in the advert.
