Promised a tour, but got two senior guys in a tiny room. Questions seemed to be about the processes I would apply in novel situations: not what I would do, but the process which I would apply. Kind of the opposite of what I expected for somewhere that claims to be innovative. Questions about team leadership and project management, for what I thought was a technical role. Also heavily model-based for what I thought was a practical role. Strange.
