Very very easy. Had a 5 minute phone call, they asked if I had cleaning experience (I haven't) then asked if I could start next week! They asked if I lived close to the site and asked if I had a criminal record. Genuinely don't think any other questions were asked.
Getting to know me, asking me about my past job experience. What value will I be bringing to the company, how much will I be willing to work for and can I start if I could come in for a training shift
