I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SUEZ (Manila, Manila) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process included a technical exam and an HR interview. The exam covered engineering concepts. The HR interview focused on my background, professional/internship experience, and interest in the role. Most applicants were Latin Honor graduates from top universities like UP, MAPUA, and PLM, with some even being board exam topnotchers. There were also candidates from state universities, reflecting a competitive and diverse applicant pool.

Question 1
They asked me why I chose my course, wanting to understand what initially sparked my interest in the field and how it aligns with my long-term goals.
Enjoyable graduate interview programme, however, fairly intense over the 2 days. The facilitators were great to put us all at ease. Structured into group working activities and solo interviews while they observed.
