Interview
Applied online before completing a recorded interview answering some questions. I was then invited to an assessment day in their London office along with 9 other applicants. This was comprised of a team building type activity, technical interview and then a short test. Overall the process was fairly quick and very friendly. However, I did not receive a formal rejection nor any feedback despite their gradcracker pledge.
