One behavioral that was 30 min and One technical round that was around 45 min. Behavioral was standard questions and tell me about yourself. Technical was 2 LC styles questions

The interview process was really positive overall. It moved quite quickly, but it still felt detailed and well-structured. Each conversation gave me a clearer sense of the role, the team, and what Salesforce was looking for in an FP&A Manager. The interviewers were professional, prepared, and asked thoughtful questions about my experience, business partnering style, financial planning background, and how I approach ambiguity. It felt like a good mix of technical FP&A discussion and broader questions around stakeholder management, communication, and fit with the team.
