De persoonlijkheidsquiz was erg langdradig. Je krijgt na je sollicitatie een resultaat terug.
De virtualjob-tryout voelde nutteloos.
15 minuten 3 competentie/motivatie-vragen op video.
De vragen waren erg algemeen.

Hoe ben je omgegaan met een meningverschil binnen een team waar je hebt gefunctioneerd?
First round will be Get To Know You round , then technical 1 , technical 2 where your technical skills will be assed and finally HR round .
In case , if you have any relative in the company then there will be a different process ( employee needs to submit conflict of interest form)
About an hour long. Questions on your past work profile, what you bring to the table and your technical skills. How you will deal with difficult and underperforming colleagues. Some coding questions on python and some question on PowerBI
