Video interview through webcam. You get presented with four questions, which you answer one by one by recording four different times (once for each question) and submitting those recordings over to them.

Online recorded interview. You are given various questions and have 1 minute to provide an answer. There were a couple practice questions beforehand so you could familiarise yourself with the recording proccess. Once a question is displayed on screen, you have 15 seconds to prepare your answer. There is no live interviewer.

Interview
I applied online and after having entered info about previous employment etc, I was invited in for an interview at the Bonus Arena. There was a small group of us and a supervisor gave us a quick talk about what would be expected in the job and what uniform we needed. This was all before we were individually interviewed. The interview itself only lasted about 5 mins so it just felt like a formality. They asked fairly standard questions such as 'What are your strengths/weaknesses?' and 'What previous experiences might help you in this job?'
