Interview
Staff was pretty friendly and informal, so not a lot of pressure going in. Just was really a formality rather than a screening process. I waited downstairs for ten minutes, they turned another guy away for not turning up in the right clothes, then headed up and was shown a powerpoint, gave them documents, and had a short question and answer session.

Interview
Simple, straightforward interview but the screening and vetting process can be lengthy. The interview questions can be done in the comfort of your own home by completing a set of questions which you record yourself answering. Once you’ve completed all the interview and necessary steps it’s a great place to work at.
Went to a leeds university union room and presented documents, shown a PowerPoint about the company then asked the questions. Shook hands and left, not notified at interview whether successful or not but it's very wink wink
