Sinclair Group interview questions

From the first initial contact to arrange the interview, they simply worked around you to arrange a face to face interview. During the face to face I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and during the interview, it simply was just flawless, it didn't feel uncomfortable at all, it was great.

I was pre-offered a job so the interview was very casual, going over the contract, work hours etc. I had previously worked for them in another role, left and came back because they had contacted me to offer a promotion.
