Slack Solutions Engineer interview questions

There were 4 stages: Call with recruiter Interview with hiring manager Interview with hiring manager and one other to review CV in detail Panel presentation to 4 stakeholders They kept me in the loop and provided feedback after each stage but it was a very long process, taking 2-3 months. After this time it was then put on hold and they had a confusing explanation for this with poor and slow communication. I would not recommend or work for them based on how they treated me as a candidate who had put a huge amount of time and effort into the process.

The interview process was clearly communicated by the recruiter; I knew what to expect for each of the 3 interviews. My first conversation was a casual chat with a Hiring Manager, but I think most people begin with a chat with a recruiter for basic role requirements, salary expectations etc. The second interview was a chronological review of my resume from school to present. The third interview was a presentation. I appreciated the transparency throughout the process.
