I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sodexo
Interview
Typical multi step process starting with sending your CV, then a psychometric test, followed by a fitness test (bleep test at 5.4), a video interview and finally a face to face interview.
The video interview is similar to others except you have 120 seconds to give your answer after a 60 second prep time compared to others which are usually 90 seconds.
The final interview is with two people but they were very friendly and try to ensure you don't get too flustered.
As long as you have a decent level of fitness and spend a few hours preparing examples for core competencies the process should be fine.
