The interview process was too long. When she explained the steps to me, I was already overwhelmed by the numerous stages, which would take about a month. After that, there would be a long onboarding period. I also received a test assessment, which was easy but time consuming, and included tedious logic questions. Eventually, I decided to give up. The hiring process was not engaging, which might suggest that the company is not very engaging and definitely not for me.

Recruiter usually will contact you, then you have an interview with the manager. the manager seems new at this. You should know after that within a couple days if you have the job or not. quick process.
