Spirit AeroSystems Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

Interview was professional and brief, questions and discussion were precise and technically related. Hiring manager asked for situational behavior questions on how I would handle stress and lack of resources to complete the project. The hiring process was scheduled for an hour, but only lasted 20 minutes.

Contacted by HR to set up interview with hiring manager. Was called promptly at the described time and was asked a few basic behavioral questions. Interviewer was not engaging at all initially, but was more so as the interview progressed.
