Similar to the other reviews, the 'super day' consisted of 2 30 minute 2-on-1 behavioral interviews that were more like conversations, a 30 minute case interview that was more interviewer-led with questions than interviewee-led, and finally the 2 hour excel case and presentation which was very straight-forward. The interviewers were at no time trying to 'trick' me and were very easy to talk to and ask questions. They definitely cared about my comfort level in the interview.

Interview
Four-stage process: two behavioral interviews, one case interview, and one Excel analysis/presentation interview. The process was very insightful and I was able to gain a firm understanding of the company's values throughout. My interviews were led by competent employees who were very personable and curious to learn about the real me.
