Assessment, followed by 2x30 min behavioral interview, 1 hr case study and 2hr excel+presentation
Overall, quite straightforward and not stressful. Interviewers were nice and tried to give you guideline as well
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stax
Interview
Interview was laid out well and was executed professionally. First round was PE/Fit questions. Second round was a virtual "super day" which consisted of two case studies and two 2-on-1 PE/Fit interviews. The final round seemed more of a "checking the box" interview, with the Senior Managing Director. Overall the process was enjoyable, executed professionally, and the team laid out their expectations well.
