T-Mobile Business Support interview questions

i had two interviews which were quite nicebut would never apply for any position within T-mobile ever again.to kids. I mentioned i have two kids at kindergarden age and that looked to be their main concern during the interview. I felt very uncomfotable. As a person with recruitment expereince i am awre that such bold questions should never be asked. at the end i recieved an email from the recruiter that "Unfortunately for me XYZ selected a person from thier own network. I believe that as a male caniddate such questions would not be asked.
