I went through a recruitment agency who put me forward for the position. My first interview was over the telephone and lasted about 15 minutes. The questions asked where competency-based. I then got a phone call that same date, asking me to come in for a face-to-face interview the following week. This interview was split into two parts, first was a grammar and IT test and then the next part was with two of the employers; which included strength-based questions. I heard a few days later that I had got the job and was send over the paper work to fill out my details, sign the specific documents and go through the vero-screening process.
