Stressful pre interview test with so many questions and not enough time. Very mathematical but I am not applying for a technical role just training, delivery, communication etc so it’s very strange that all employees must take the same test. I was sat alongside some with mathematical degrees and they also struggled. Overall atmosphere of the place was so unfriendly that I can’t imagine going for a full interview if by some miracle I passed the test (I didn’t!)
