The interview process was disorganized from the very beginning and lacked any meaningful structure. There was no follow‑up or communication from the recruiter, which left me uncertain about next steps. Additionally, the interviewer appeared flustered, unprepared, and unable to conduct the discussion effectively. Overall, the experience reflected poor coordination and preparation, which created a negative impression of the company’s hiring practices.

This seemed to be a fairly standard process. It consisted of the initial screening, hiring manager, and finished with panel interviews. The process spanned roughly a month. The decision was made quickly.
