I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Teach First (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied online and heard back within two weeks. I was invited to the 'development centre' in East London. We spent one full day there. The interview day consisted of:
one-on-one interview, group task (to plan a year group's event day), assessed feedback of group task, short teaching episode, assessed written feedback of episode.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Teach First in Jul 2020
Interview
Full day assesment centre. Competency based interview including questions about motivation for applying for TF. Make sure you know and understand the ethos and values. Pre prepared presentation and mini lesson as well as a group task. Overall well run and efficient.

Question 1
Q: why do you want to do the Teach First programme?
I found the online application process simple enough. At the assessment centre itself I found the sample lesson enjoyable and the best part of the day. Group exercise experience was more negative. The information sessions held as part of the assessment day made me realise quickly that the Teach First approach to becoming a teacher would not be the right route for me to take, regardless of if I had succeeded in receiving an offer.

Question 1
From what I remember of the interview (it was some years ago now) there were scenarios about situations you might find in a school environment, such as a child being bullied. You had to give details of how you would deal with those.
