Met with the area manager and another manager for a 1-on-1 interview; they were very kind and asked normal interview questions. The interview lasted about 15 minutes, and they said I'd get a call from them over the next few days about whether I was successful. They called about 15 hours after the interview to let me know they'd like to proceed.
