The process in itself was fairly pleasant, once you have completed the online video answers, should you be successful you’ll be invited to the club to meet with a concierge manager. All in all seemed very relaxed which I appreciated, they seemed really keen to get to know me as a person. I was then through to a third and final round of interviews with the operations manager and club manager, again had a very pleasant chat with them, it just seemed to be an extended version of the conversation I had prior with the concierge manager. Nothing to fear, very relaxed, and again they were keen to talk about my interests (not necessarily fitness related).
The only thing that’s left me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth is the lack of feedback following the email saying I was unsuccessful. With the volume of applicants I can appreciate it’s difficult - and maybe unnecessary - to give every candidate at each stage personal feedback, however as I attended two in person interviews after completing the online interview, I would’ve thought it might have been courteous to give me the option to receive feedback, as I would’ve very gladly took it to learn from
3 rounds, one phone, 2 in person. Once with concierge manager & operations manager. One with general manager. Straight forward process! Keeping you updated constantly. Would recommend, overall enjoyable experience!
