Firstly an online application thorugh official website, then if successfull you are invited to create a video interview, then if successfull you get an invitation for an assessment day, and then whole day you spend with the team and other applicants doing a variety of tasks and group works.

Through out the hiring process there were variety of questions, which were manageable to asnwer, and due to fairness of the hiring process for future candidates I would like to keep the questions a secret.
