I Applied through referral, 1st screening round will be done. Second round is technical but more kind of behavioral round,which consists on value of 3(reffer their site) I have not been asked any technical questions but complete 1 hours of their value based questions. After 4 days got rejection email. I dont think on basis of these behavioral values candidates should be evaluated.
