Had to attend a group interview in front of two store managers it was fairly relaxed. Had a timed question sheet to fill in which was to determine your attention to detail and some basic interview questions

Quick and easy not too much pressure and was a lovely interview got hired straight after, the interviewer was a store manager and was very kind also ask questions about flexibility

Fairly informal interview in the kitchen. Described the job role & asked questions about myself & what I could bring to the role. Showed me round the building then advised I'd know by 5pm that day if I was successful.
