The hiring process includes tests and interviews. Once accepted, you still have to apply to freelance gigs independently. The issue is that sometimes these gigs get canceled by the clients and it's a time waister. However lots of opportunities seem legit

Interview
The interviews are split in 4 phases: 1. One English language interview (it lasted 5 mins) 2. An online coding interview with 3-4 data structures and algorithms problems 3. A live coding session with 2 easier problems (each problem should be solved in about 15 mins) 4. A take-home project based on some requirements they send you via e-mail

One of the questions was to compute some change based on a list of numbers, or something like that.
The process was fairly long but they were up front with the the expectations of it. You can get more info on all the stages on their site. That's the gist of it. Final project is quite time consuming
