My experience with TrayPort was incredibly unprofessional and disorganized from start to finish.
I first spoke with their recruiter in May and shared my CV. After hearing nothing back, not even a reply to my follow-up , I was suddenly contacted two months later saying the team wanted to schedule an interview.
I responded with my availability, only to be ignored again for a week, and then told the position had already been filled.
Reaching out to schedule an interview while the role was already being wrapped up shows a complete lack of coordination and basic respect for a candidate’s time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trayport (London, England) in Nov 2023
