Great interview process with a wonderful set of potential managers. All three were friendly and compassionate to someone who may be neurodivergent. I was made to feel very welcome. It was really helpful to have the company's values stated clearly at the start.
The blind interview process was really interesting (it involved the CV not being sighted until after the initial interview).

Very relaxed interview, learnt all about the business first which was interesting. Then a set of about 6 questions about previous experiences. Followed by any questions you may have. General chit chat regarding the role.
