      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      Jan 31, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Stockholm, Stockholm
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Trustly (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jan 2020

      Interview

      - very bad experience, - application process took 7 weeks - after passing 2 HR interview, Technical interview and softskill tests I was rejected in the final management interview cause they believed I had no mentoring or coaching abilities - If this was the main requirement they should check this at first - every interview round started from zero again, they asked all the time the same stupid questions: how would you describe yourself? where do you see you in 5 years? - they used so called psychometric tests, which is ridiculous, pointless and pseudoscientific HR nonsense - no personal rejection with explaining the reasons, which is totally disrespectful after such a so long application process

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

same HR questions as always: how would you describe yourself? where do you see you in 5 years? , ... more or less superficial technical questions cause their managers are no techs tech test with stupid fantasy code without any context
