My headhunter recommended this role to me. The next day, the HR called me for a 30-mins phone screen. Their style is pretty aggressive and metric-centric. In addition to those basic questions (self-introduction, why leave, why this role), HR spent quite lots of time explaining their company culture and the team structure. The second round as well as the last round is to meet their GM. Very fast-paced. No bs. Basically no tips for it because it's quite subjective. So, just relaxed and be yourself!
