I heard about the vacancy through a recruitment agency. I attended the interview at Utilita's offices in Eastleigh. The interview itself was positive, friendly and relaxed. However, I had to wait 2 weeks before hearing the outcome which was unsuccessful. This was most disappointing as they did not provide any useful feedback.

Interview
I went through the hiring process for a position as a software engineer. The steps were very smooth, and they were very accommodating. One of the first questions in the interview was, "Do you need any adjustments?" I was genuinely happy as a wheelchair user that the company truly cares about equal opportunities among their candidates. After receiving the job offer, they were more than willing to accommodate my needs as a wheelchair user. I believe we need more companies like Utilita that care a lot about equality.
