There is a maths and comprehensive test that you have to complete and have to reach 80% or more to then be invited for the face to face interview. Once you reach the next stage you are invited online to the hire event and then interviewed 1to1.

Interview
I applied on their website and went through a digital assessment with competency and situational questions. After that, I received an email from the interviewer for the final stage which is a video interview through Google Meet.

Interview
Lengthy group calls that lack any focus on candidates. The process and stages make no sense for entry level jobs, you feel at the end you will be appointed a CEO rather than customer service agent. Interviewers seem uninterested and just wanna get through the interview as quick as possible. They ask you if you have any questions at the end of the interview but won't answer any and tell you "we would let you know of that later".
