I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VFS Global in Feb 2019
Interview
The firm contacted me during a couple of days. I had 2 steps, interview and testing day in the office. Interview was held by the program ZOOM, were participating 3 people from the company: HR specialist, 2 department managers. After less than a week they invited me to testing day where I performed the daily tasks that are supposed to be done on this position. However, even after month I didn't get any feedback (no acceptance, no rejection), despite my call to department manager in my city and sent email to HR.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at VFS Global (Vienna) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had 2 interviews. The first was on phone with German HR and I was simple general questions. And the second interview with the HR in Vienna. The questions that time were far too personal and a little bit interfering. 'Am I going to have children', 'why do I move places so often' and 'what's my partner profession' which have nothing to do with them. I had very unpleasant feeling after this interview.
