Had call with HR and asked why VMWare and told me that, based on the answer Hiring manager will proceed. Somehow my answer was accepted then 1. Spoke to Hire manager - if he/she finds good then he will move to next level otherwise no go.. (HR told me) 2. Spoke to Solution Engineer 3. Nothing came back Ping me HR and no reply.
