Version 1 Service Desk interview questions

There are no technical questions. They just ask if you know the stuff, you say yes and they will offer you the job if they like your personality. There are some questions regarind how did you deal about negative situations within a workplace and also how did you deal with a hard client. They also ask about general stuff as they are mostly interested into personality since they can not really afford people with experience for that price range.
