I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Virtustream in Dec 2025
Interview
Virtustream has approached me after looking at my profile in one of the job portals and conducted L1 interview over a weekend (Sunday evening) followed by an L2 the following week, in the month of December. Both the interviews went well, however there is no response from the recruiting agency after the L2, which was a face to face round in their campus office. They seemed to be in a rush hiring the candidate during the interview process but didn't respond after that. It would be nice if the hiring process was transparent. There is no response even to the follow-up email sent after the L2.

Interview
My job interview experience was a two-step process that began with a friendly and informative phone call with the HR representative. This initial conversation set a positive tone and provided valuable insights into the company culture and expectations. The second stage involved a live interview with the entire scrum team, transforming the typical question-and-answer format into an engaging and collaborative discussion. The team created an environment where I felt genuinely welcome, fostering a sense of inclusivity and mutual exchange of ideas.
